Any purchases made from November 1 to December 31 can be returned until January 31.
All returns subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused.
- Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
- Products must be returned with the original manufacturer's packaging intact and with all tags attached.
- Sales are final for all items marked as being in our Clearance. We cannot accept returns for these items. Products that are marked down in a regular sale may be returned as usual.
- To initiate a return, the customer must contact Customer Service at email@example.com for a RMA number. Returns will not be accepted unless an RMA number has been issued and included with the return.
- Customer Service must receive the return request within 30 days of delivery, unless purchased between November 1 and December 31, in which case return requests will be accepted until January 31.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the products arrive damaged.
- Free return shipping, where applicable, may be applied only once per order.
- Free return shipping, where applicable, will use the carrier of OIive Grove Interiors' choice. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the package to the carrier at any of the carrier's drop-off locations.
- Once received, returns processing may take up to 10 business days or longer in exceptional circumstances.
- Gift cards and coupons cannot be returned.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Any promotional discounts applied to the original purchase may not be applied to an exchange for a different item or to future purchases.
- Refunds, where applicable, must be applied to the original method of payment.
- Replacements, where applicable, will be shipped using Standard Shipping.
- Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g. Order Number).
